The Committee Services branch is responsible for providing secretarial services to QUT Council and its committees, including University Academic Board, and other University-level committees such as Vice-Chancellor's Advisory Committee.

Committee Services coordinates the flow of information and business through the committee system, and provides an information service on committee decisions.

Access to minutes and agendas for some committees are available through the menu to the left in PDF format.

Training programs on effective committee procedures are periodically conducted by Committee Services. Further information on training is available from the Committees Manager.
