The University has a small number of contractual and other arrangements in place which may involve access to or use of personal information held by QUT.
These arrangements generally place requirements on contractors or service providers for the maintenance of the confidentiality of any personal information which is provided for the limited purpose of the provision of the service. As these contracts expire or are renewed, any new arrangements will ensure compliance with the requirements of Information Standard 42 – Information Privacy.
