Privacy Protocol 9 – requests for access to student or staff member’s personal information from a potential employer
Employers who wish to verify the qualifications of QUT graduates can use the online verification of qualifications. This service can confirm a graduate’s qualification and the date of conferral.
Employers wishing to verify the employment record of a QUT staff member may contact the University’s Human Resources department (phone (07) 3138 4104, fax (07) 3138 4188).
Information cannot be released to employers unless signed written consent from the student or staff member concerned is provided.
