* Automatic Creating of Course Folders
Retention of Hardcopy Records after Scanning
As part of the roll out of TRIM to SBS for student records, the creation of course folders has been automated. Once a new course is registered in Callista a course folder will be created in TRIM overnight via an integration with Callista. These folders are available for all TRIM users to access and contribute contents as required.

Course folders have their own Course Folder Course Folder record type and three sub-folders titled Accreditation, Approval and Course Administration.

Course FIlder Example

Course folders are numbered by their course code, so the easiest way to search for them is to search by Record Number for the course code. Remember to include the Course Folder record types in your filters.

What happens to the old course folders that were manually created by TRIM users?
RMS will be working through the old manually created course folders, closing them and moving their contents to the new course folders. Users will be notified if the changes effect any course folders belonging to their business unit.

Please contact RMS on x81074 or records@qut.edu.au if you have any queries.
