There are several possible solutions to this problem:

End users do not have access rights to delete records from the system. Power Users however have the option to move records into a delete bucket in TRIM (for more information please contact RMS at records@qut.edu.au). Alternatively, send Records Management Services (RMS) a TRIM link to the records that need to be deleted (records@qut.edu.au). Please include in the email the reason the record needs to be deleted (eg. duplicate record). This request must come from the person who registered the folder or document, and it must be within five working days of the record being registered. Records are purged from this folder on a monthly basis. |
