End User Training
TRIM training for professional staff who access corporate / administrative records. This course covers how to:
- Navigate in TRIM Desktop;
- Search for records in TRIM;
- Save emails into TRIM;
- Save Word documents into TRIM; and
- How to send documents to TRIM from Windows Explorer.
Prerequisite(s): Nil

Student End User Training
TRIM training for professional staff from Student Business Services or faculties that access student records. This course covers how to:
- Navigate in TRIM Desktop;
- Search for student records in TRIM;
- Save emails into TRIM;
- Save Word documents into TRIM; and
- How to send documents to TRIM from Windows Explorer.
Prerequisite(s): Nil

Power User Training
Designated power users are given the responsibility of folder creation and the provision of basic TRIM assistance to end users within their organisational unit. Before attending Power User training, users must be competent using the fundamental functions of TRIM. This course covers:
- Navigating in TRIM Context
- Creating folders
- Applying security
- Creating locations
- Relating records
- Customising
- Modifying records
